5-HTP Plus Formula by Douglas Laboratories is formulated to provide 75 mg of 5-HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophan) extracted from Griffonia plant seeds, along with 50 mg of a proprietary blend of L-glutamine and L-tyrosine as well as 7.5 mg of pyridoxal-5-phosphate per capsule.
